How long does delivery take?

  • 1-5 business days (US Mainland and UK)
  • 5-20 business days (Out of US Mainland)

All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. CosmoxToys is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labour strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

How will my package be shipped?
UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Australia Post or USPS

Note: 

  • Order processing time: All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Monday.
  • CosmoxToys has no control over parcels being opened for customs inspections or is responsible for any customs duties/taxes charged to you as the receiver. According to the shipping speed, we will choose the proper courier to your destination. Your order may be separated into several packages. Once the package was shipped out, we will be sending you an email with the tracking number to get you notified.
  • If you need to change any details, such as shipping address or contact email, or cancel your order, please contact us on the day you place the order. After we receive the order, we will quickly process and send the package. When the order enters the processing state or our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes. Please note that any orders that have been packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • Taxes may apply to imported goods/services and are subject to local country laws. CosmoxToys is not responsible for any tax invoices received for its products or services. All return charges due to failure to sign for the package/product will be the responsibility of the customer and not related to CosmoxToys.
